Overview:

The Redesign solution focuses on improving the order creation experience for high-frequency Bosta users, particularly e-commerce sellers who create 20–30 orders within a short period of time.
The redesign addresses usability friction, time inefficiency, and cognitive overload while aligning closely with Bosta’s business goal of faster, more reliable order creation at scale.

The design decisions were made based on:

• User behavior patterns of large-scale sellers

• Observed friction in the current multi-step flow

• Business needs for speed, accuracy, and retention
